Kamil Gruszczyński – conductor, singer, and pedagogue. He graduated from the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź, completing his master’s studies in Choral Conducting under Dr. Dawid Ber, Vocal Performance under Prof. Piotr Miciński, as well as studies in Music Theory.
He gained his first experience as a chorister with the Łódź Philharmonic (2013–2018), and in 2019 conducted its choir in his diploma concert. He later served as conductor of the State Music School Choir in Bełchatów and as assistant conductor of the male choir Lutnia in Warta.
At present, he leads three ensembles: the vocal group Voxellence, the male choir Dysonans from Kalonka, and one of the oldest choirs in Poland – the Harmonia Singing Society in Łódź. With his ensembles, he regularly performs in concerts and successfully participates in choral festivals and competitions.
Alongside his artistic activity, he teaches at the Stanisław Moniuszko School of Music in Łódź, where he conducts classes in music theory, combining performance practice with education.
