For many years, he has been closely connected with the Łódź musical environment as both a teacher and an active promoter of choral art. From 2011 to 2021 he was the principal conductor and chorus master of the Łódź Philharmonic Choir, shaping its sound and repertoire. At present, he directs the Lodz Chamber Choir of the Academy of Music in Łódź, the chamber choir Vivid Singers, the male choir Lutnia in Warta, and the Mixed Choir of the Baptist Church in Łódź. Beginning in 2025, he will also collaborate as a guest conductor with the Polish Radio Choir in Lusławice.

His artistic achievements include more than a dozen recordings of choral music, the most recent being Contemporary Choral Music from Łódź (DUX, 2023), widely acclaimed by critics. The ensembles under his direction have won numerous awards and distinctions at prestigious competitions and festivals in Poland and abroad. Highly regarded as both juror and lecturer, he is frequently invited to share his expertise at choral workshops, seminars, and festivals.
